Khaos Meditation 12 Week Program

Firstly, thank you for taking a look at the Khaos Meditation 12 Week Program.

It is my sincere belief that if you follow the steps below you will transform your ability to focus your awareness with all the benefits this will bestow.

 

How the program is used

To maximize the effectiveness of the program this is how it is laid out.

All the tracks are only Six Minutes long so this is easy to fit into, even the busiest schedule.

Always listen using headphones or ear buds. Listening using speakers will reduce the program’s effectiveness dramatically.

 

Fourteen Audio Tracks

There are 14 audio tracks, that will be used as follows:

  • Week 1 consists of two tracks.
    WEEK 1 Start
    for the first 3 days, then for days 4-7 use WEEK 1 Main.
  • Weeks 2 to 12  use one track for each week

BONUS: Week 13 uses Week 13 Bonus

  • Please listen to the Meditations in order as they build focus within you.
  • Listen at least twice per day, if possible, three times.
  • Once when you wake up in the morning.
  • Once before you go to bed, if possible ½ hour before bed.
  • If you can, once more at a convenient time during the day.

NOTE: Week 1 is the only one split between two tracks.

This is to ease you into the process, particularly if you have never tried any type of focused attention type meditative practice before.

 

All of the tracks follow a progressive pattern designed to deepen your ability to focus despite distractions.

To this end, each track is a chaotic soundscape (Khaos) with a rhythmic ‘pulse’ that starts just before the main soundscape and continues throughout.

You endeavor to focus your attention on this as the track progresses.

If you find you are drawn into ‘listening’ to the soundscape or elements of it, then just return your focus to the rhythmic pulse.

As you progress, each week builds on your success in focusing, deepening as you go your growing ability to ‘shut out’ distractions and maintain a deep focus.

By the end of the Twelve Weeks you will have attained a level of focus you will have thought impossible at Week One.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have downloaded and worked through the FREE 21 Day Program you can start with Week 4 as you have already completed Weeks 1-3. As long that is, that there was no gap in you finishing Week 3 and ordering the full program.

If there was a gap of a week or more, please consider starting from Week 1 Main.

 

A Natural Process

However this type of focused attention is completely natural. You have already done this 1000s of times when something has rapt your attention.

What we are doing with Khaos Meditation is to ‘learn’ how to archive this state at will.  So when you absolutely need to focus you will have the ability to do this ‘on demand’.

Bonus Week 13

The Bonus Week 13 was created to give you a ‘real world’ example of how you can use your newly acquired ability.

It is set in a busy train station, announcements, trains arriving and departing and bits of conversations heard as people pass by you.

The Rhythmic Pulse this time is an ‘old school’ mechanical clock. Your goal is to focus on that sound amid the Khaos of the station.

A fun, yet practical example of how you will be able to, in any, (well most…) situations be able to shut out distractions and focus on what you choose to.
